Refund Policy

3. Responsibility The finance team is responsible for processing refunds in accordance with this policy. The customer service team is responsible for communicating with clients regarding refund requests and decisions.

4. Review Period This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legal requirements, industry standards, or company practices.

5. General Policy Statement Golden Creative Media Inc. is committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If a client is not satisfied with the services provided, they may request a refund subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@clubsem.com within 30 days of service delivery.
  • The request must include a detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund.
  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may involve partial or full reimbursement.
  • Refunds are not applicable for services that have been completed to the client’s specifications or for expenses incurred on behalf of the client.

6. Disciplinary Action Non-compliance with this policy by employees of Golden Creative Media Inc. may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
